The man with the plan and the pocket comb. Joe Biden was a good President who did good things, and Kamala Harris would’ve been even better. Here: politics, baseball, Tolkien memes. Sometimes in that order. @b-list.org for the tech side of me. he/him

Trump shows off his models to his wealthy donors:

"So that's Lady Liberty. Lady, did you ever hear of Lady Liberty? But, uh, so the sizes would be very different than this lady. They did this and they did that. So this would be... small, medium, and large."

Hey. Hi. Tom Homan is on camera taking a $50k bribe and no one knows where the money went. If this was any other administration, this would be non-stop on the news. Why are we normalizing this stuff?

I have no opinion about the Maine Senate primary but "my guy is a world-historic political talent, and if he gets a primary opponent this is tantamount to him being forced out of the race" is a singularly unpersuasive argument

my man, nobody is "sure to win" against Susan Collins, she is literally one of the most talented & successful Republican politicians of the last 60+ years. anyone who says ANY Democrat is a sure thing in Maine clearly has no clue what the fuck they're talking about other than their own vibes.

Today I learned that Noam Chomsky has lent his name to a creationist website funded by Peter Thiel.

Someone should let his kids know what he's up to on the internet. What an absolute disgrace for him.

Over 21 days have passed since Adelita Grijalva won her election but Speaker Johnson refuses to seat her. Why? Because she is the last signature needed to release the Epstein Files. Arizonans deserve representation. Justice demands transparency. The Speaker needs to #SwearHerIn!

Today, #SCOTUS heard oral arguments in Louisiana v. Callais, a case that could dismantle what remains of the #VotingRightsAct of 1965. I stand with my #CBC colleagues to protect the voices not just of Black Louisianians, but of all people across our nation, and to defend the sacred right to vote.

I’m sure we’ll see thousands of college protesters swarming campuses demanding that the rights of Black voters not be stripped away? They can make posters, barricade buildings, the works.
Any day now, right?

I am sounding the alarm that the GOP is engaged in an all out attack voting rights and free and fair elections. Voter suppression, gerrymandering, and troops in blue cities are just some of the ways they are using to try to rig the rules to keep power in 2026 and beyond.

Pay attention and act!

And here it is: this is someone who thinks there should’ve been a fresh primary and more of a “break” from the Biden admin (presumably by throwing Harris under the bus along with Biden).
Screenshot of another post from “sneakynics”, this time saying:

That late exit either (a) kneecapped Harris's campaign or (b) blocked a primary; both less perilous than what we got. Without a clean break, Biden's unpopularity kept dragging down the ticket. We ignored those warnings at our peril. Disagree with the interpretation but the facts aren't in dispute

Has the Independent Senator in Vermont called for the racist, first-term Republican state senator from Orleans County to resign for his participation in the Young Republicans’ Hitler-loving group chat or are state politics still not his to worry about?

And the craziest part is this was needless. Congress would've passed a military pay bill with near unanimous support! Congressional Ds have been begging Rs to bring a bill to pay the military to the floor! But Johnson refuses to gavel in because he doesn't want an Epstein vote.

My question for Sen. Sheehy, can you clarify: are you OK with Trump cutting this $1 billion investment from our states?

As he now knows, this has nothing to do with the shutdown and everything to do with Trump going after Democrats.

We should be working together to protect this project.

COLLINS: The Dept of Energy just canceled $1b for a hydrogen hub that covers Montana. Is that taking away good-paying jobs?

SHEEHY: Of course it is. We want govt to be open

C: But the Energy Secretary says he would've pulled that funding even if govt was open

S: ... Well, that's unfortunate

We warned the "progressives" SCOTUS mattered in 2016. The ignored us. We warned voting rights were at risk with Project 2025, they whined "GenocideJoeKillerKamala",

Do progressives WANT Black people to lose the right to vote?

This was always the plan.

That’s why Black Folks begged people to pay attention to voting rights.

Folks ignored us and now the demographic that ALWAYS stands in the gap and puts up huge numbers for progressive legislation to get passed is going to have our vote diluted.

This country is on track to make sure Black people can never vote or be represented again. It’s happening.

Voting Rights is the root of EVERYTHING. Voting rights are about to END.

Hamas has executed at least 33 people since the “ceasefire” began. 7 were dragged into Gaza City Square and shot there, for the high crime of opposing Hamas. Yet the pro-Palestine protestors don’t object.Because most of them are pro-Hamas and always have been. they just hate Jews.

You need to deprogram your nieces and nephews. You need to sit their asses down, watch Eyes on the Prize TOGETHER, and then explain to them how attacking the Democratic Party has destroyed what *actual* freedom fighters gave their *actual* lives to defend.

It’s up to the whites to do this work.

Reminder that this person was hired as Bernie’s campaign press secretary for 2020 AFTER saying things like this about 2016.
Briahna Joy Gray tweets, in February 2017:

@nprpolitics you guys are 100% wrong re the importance of the SCOTUS in support for HRC.

As a Bernie then Stein supporter, that's all I heard in response to arguments re HRCs many deficits. It was the trump card.

In response, Mike Davis (well-connected in Trump World & on the Hill) called Jeffries a “house slave” for George Soros - proving Jeffries’ point.
