Just got a call from a lovely but very nervous Dr, who advised I wouldn't be routinely screened for breast cancer because I'm not indicated as being "biologically female" on the central NHS database and my biology wouldn't indicate I'm at risk.

My records have been altered, which is upsetting.

Not really engaging with Ms Swift at the moment since she won't stop hanging out with MAGA people but overall I wish more artists realized you can take a year or two off between albums. We don't all have to do the Rihanna route and go 7 years without an album but we don't need yearly release!

I do also want a rhinoplasty on top of a septoplasty (no pun intended) which is purely cosmetic but maybe they can cover all the anesthesia and fun stuff with the septoplasty. But also my nose is straight up crooked.
