Apparently Kennedy has decided that all US citizens should have the opportunity to experience the lifelong disability the late, great Ian Dury endured. He caught polio in a swimming pool. Watch the unfallen tears of a man whose destiny was shaped by a virus. youtu.be/cBsHSbVRNJI?...

“My wife, Mrs. Columbo - she’s a big fan of yours, Mr Farage. Last night, over a TV dinner, I asked her if she could think of meeting a Russian Ambassador in London, and have it slip her memory. She said ‘no one could ever forget such a thing!’
So I’m left wondering Sir, why you didn’t recall it?

In any normally functioning democracy, Farage’s political career would now be over. You would have to invoke unbelievable levels of naivety and stupidity for Farage to dodge this one - and sadly for him such qualities are not on the person specification for the job of Prime Minister.

This tweet has been doing the rounds on Twitter now that Nathan Gill has pleaded guilty.

If only someone had tried to investigate UKIP & Russian interference 🧐

There’s another timeline where the Guardian supported me, doubled down on the investigation & I look 5 years younger ..

I'm only half-joking when I say that maybe this is the way to tackle older Faragist men: Get a smart attractive younger woman to listen to them and then charmingly point out why they're wrong.

This - and Farage working with wealthy US anti-abortion groups on 'freedom of [our] speech' campaigns (per Byline Times and NY Times) - show significant US financial interference in UK politics.

If you want to end up like the US, first thing to do is let money dominate democracy.

It strains credibility to believe that Farage did not ask who this woman was and – given the subsequent photograph in Gill’s office – was not aware of Nathan Gill’s statements in defence of her and her boss Medvedchuk’s TV stations in the EU Parliament that day.

Now we have firm evidence that a senior Reform member and close ally of Nigel Farage Nathan Gill, was working for the Russians is it not necessary for our democracy to reopen the Russian inquiry and fully investigate the interference in our domestic policy by a hostile state?
