Drawing majority minority districts has never been the ideal solution. Multi-member with proportional representation is the way to make the tyranny of the maps moot. But the VRA's standards are not outside Congress's power grant in the 14th and 15th Amendments. It's a constitutional policy choice.

If you want to help the resistance at ICE but cant risk injury or arrest just start a Fck ICE driving club. If 10-20 vehicles constantly drove extremely slow around ICE at the peak fed shift changes it would help tremendously. Drive by for an hour around the times 2pm 7pm 11pm
