Also I hate over there how they don't tell you until the last minute where your train will be leaving from and its a stampede to get there, Especially from the London terminals.

I'm old enough to remember Ken Livingstone's fare fair policy.
Fare evasion dropped dramatically, so the thatcher regime, declared the policy unlawful.
It's not about fare evasion, it's about control.
