Never really tried cooking with Ahi Tuna before. I gotta do this again at some point because MAN this was good.

Seared Ahi Tuna with a Baked Potato (with parsley, butter and sour cream), Spaghetti Squash with Garlic, and some peas.

Look, I'm not gonna say that the N.Sane trilogy looks bad in any sort of way because that ultimately comes down to personal preference when it comes to the styles you like.

That being said, I think this is a clear example that sometimes "less is more" when it comes to an artstyle.

share this map with an Ontarian to make them angry

A map I made of Ontario with boundaries for Northern Ontario, Southwestern Ontario, Central Ontario and Eastern Ontario.

They do not match the dimensions that ANYONE would use for those four places. Northern is way up north, but southwestern Ontario is in the Thunder Bay/Dryden area (technically southwest), Central Ontario covers the Timmins-Sault Sudbury area you'd generally call "Northern Ontario", and all of Southern Ontario including Toronto is (perhaps accurately?) labeled Eastern Ontario

The human mind needs rest, just like any part of the body. This push towards making every action that you do explicitly productive to you or others reeks of the latent effects of late-stage capitalism, which is probably why so many people feel burnout nowadays.

It's utterly self-destructive.

I don't think I'll ever get behind the mantra that "It's good to be busy". It's one thing to keep our minds preoccupied with things to do, but the expectation that we "have" to do so feels utterly miserable to me as it doesn't seem like a particularly healthy way to pursue or achieve goals.

There are days where my body & mind just completely shut down because I'm so overwhelmed with my depression. You have no idea how many times I've contemplated about putting an end to it all, for better or worse.

The fact that I'm still even here, in spite of this daily struggle, is a miracle.

#AGDQ2026 submissions are in!

I'm still rooting for Dynamite Headdy since that game rules and it's been almost a decade since its last showing, but these are definitely better submissions overall compared to SGDQ.

Even if I don't get in, I'd love to push some of these further at other events.

We sent the love over to @rhinosnax.bsky.social who was playing through some Mario Galaxy. I remember how breathtaking it was to play that for the first time back when it came out. It's amazing how much influence it has on so many games after all these years.
