The EHRC has finally, five months after producing its wildly transphobic and, we believe, unlawful Interim Guidance now taken it down. Our judicial review challenge to that Interim Guidance will be heard in less than one month.

Baroness Falkner wrote to Ms Philipson to ask the approval of the draft guidance on Code of Practice pursuant to the law referencing to the SC ruling on FWS v SMs. She reminds Phillipson that she can revoke the existing 2011 guidance.

When will this government remember its human rights obligations? Is Ms Mahmood a barister? She doesn't recognise the UK signatory to the Eurepean Convention of Human Rights with Ms Phillipson & PM.
