Today, we and the Trans Exile Network have made a joint submission to the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law regarding the UK Supreme Court's judgment in the For Women Scotland v. Scottish Ministers case of April 2025.

Trans Exile Network joins @tacc.org.uk in withdrawing recognition of EHRC as a human right's body. A parliamentary committee recommended against appointing Dr. Stephenson as chair of the EHRC. We condemn this appointment.
