For me it was Fiasco by @jmstar.bsky.social - it was/is a great game, I enjoyed playing it. The format was mind blowing but it didn't quite do what I wanted. So I wrote When The Dark Is Gone which did.

The kiss 🌟 (the original colours, because I ended up liking them more than the other version)

Inspired by the painting, The Kiss by Klimt, of my two ocs embracing. These two characters are inspired by a Carnotaurus and Microraptor.

A red character with horns, a big tail, curly hair, jewellery, and a dress with large flowy sleeves is kissing the other characters cheek, while she rests her hand on the others shoulder.

The other character being kissed and held has her eyes closed, as she holds onto the others hand. She has blue skin, a thin tail, wings/feathers on her arms and feathers in her hair.

Okay, so I've seen this happen several times now. Person A says "hey, Covid is surging, maybe wear a mask again, okay?" They try to word it to cajole, not shame. People react poorly to being shamed.

In the folklore of Maharashtra and along the Konkan coast, a Zoting is
the ghost of an unmarried man who dies an accidental death with no living
heirs.
Zotings are notoriously untrustworthy spirits. They make promises in
return for various offerings (young goats, chickens, clothes) but then don’t
hold up their end of the bargain. They are more bothersome than they are
fearsome, harassing people for food or money for no real reason other than
a cantankerous nature.
A Zoting’s favourite target is a pious person who is very meticulous
about observing religious rites. The ghost will find ways to snip the person’s
janeu thread, steal his pooja items, blow out all his diyas as soon as
they are lit, put worms in his kumkum powder, and replace his sandalwood
paste with feces.
Zotings usually haunt old empty houses. On the rare occasions that
they are found outside, they stand with their legs spread apart, with one
foot on each of two trees.

While defending the luddite argument in Discord, I stumbled into this IMO succinct explanation for opposing generative AI:

At every step in the process, it impoverishes us.

AI impoverishes us at every step of the process:
- data centers pollute our environment
- energy use drives up costs
- content theft robs creators of income
- the actual output is used to displace workers and depress wages
- using it harms our mental health and impairs our competence
- the flood of AI slop is damaging our sociopolitical landscape

All in service of making a worse product - and world - to enrich a handful of already spectacularly wealthy people
