On a black sand beach are two large irregular lumps of blue ice, with smaller chucks scattered either side, with incoming waves crashing around them. In the foreground, the damp wet sand is littered with small chucks of clear ice, while the blue of one of the big lumps is reflected on the sand. The sky is grey and moody, and such overcast conditions enhance the natural blue colour of the ice.
