This is a close-up picture of my Orange & Cinnamon Dangles. They are made of dried slices of oranges and limes, interspersed with cinnamon sticks and bay leaves. I think they smell really good 😊(If you like the smell of oranges and cinnamon. If you don't, not so much) This is a picture of one of my Orange and Cinnamon Garlands. They're made of dried slices of oranges and limes, interspersed with cinnamon sticks and bay leaves. They smell absolutely wonderful and if the fragrance fades over time, we've also got some Yuletide oil to top up the fragrance. (Please keep away from naked flames, pets and children).

The Norse goddess,Frigg, is believed to know the fate of all things, but is secretive about it. Herons are sacred to her, and their quiet, solitary nature in the water serves as a symbolic parallel to her reserved, silent knowledge.

In European folklore the wren is a heroic figure who brings fire to the world. All the birds hold a council, and the wren volunteers. But, in the process of flying close to the sun, its feathers are scorched, giving it its brown color and short tail feathers.

In Scottish and broader Celtic folklore, the wren is known as the "king of birds," a symbol of wisdom, and cleverness over strength. This is famously illustrated in a myth where the wren, by hiding on an eagle's back, flies higher than the eagle to claim the title.
