Forensic files is 95% police did nothing until suddenly DNA testing became available then 20 years later they tested it and got a match when they uploaded it to a database after another 6 months.

I’m watching it right now, not on VHS, but still. I just got through Donald Sutherland’s 20 minute opus. My wife was a bit perturbed when I asked her to ‘hold on’ until he was finished. After about 3 minutes she walked out to watch Dancing With the Stars.
