I wish more people understood this, the times I read people say what they are doing is illegal, though true, nobody had stopped the regime. Court losses are only meaningful if the outcome is enforced.

The Rule of Law is dead in the U.S.

Understand, this doesn’t mean every case is now rigged or otherwise unfair. It means the ultimate arbiters of legality, the government actors at the top, have the clear option of ignoring the law whenever it suits Project 2025’s implementation.

Our @Governor.CA.gov is declaring a “state of emergency” b/c doing so unlocks a whole host of state resources. Did this right as covid was hitting in early 2020, too.
