When college kids publicly say "Israel's war on Gaza is bad" that is full-blown anti-Semitism that requires the federal government to crack down on all colleges.

When Young Republicans in their 20s and 30s privately praise Hitler and "joke" about the Holocaust, well, that's just freedom baby.

There's so much institutional rot right now, but it's been led by the supreme court, which has been and continues to be, illegitimate. Yet we're proceeding as if that body-with 3 stolen seats and justices whose corruption is a matter of public record-remains the arbiter of constitutionality. Insane

Please remember that a ceasefire does not mean that the terrors of war, the hazards of violent occupation, & the trauma of genocide have evaporated for Palestinians in Gaza.

Life on the ground is much the same as before the ceasefire, so our friends still need help to survive, rebuild, & thrive!🕊️

Just so everyone is clear, the main issue in the Supreme Court voting rights case tomorrow is whether it's racist against white people to enforce the Voting Rights Act.

For about three years now, I've been ranting to anyone who will listen that the Equal Protection Clause is being rewritten so that it protects white people from so-called anti-white discrimination.

Again, the argument is that the Voting Rights Act violates the Constitution (14th and 15th Amendments) because you have to take race into account in order to draw a map that has a second majority Black district and taking race into account violates the Constitution.

It's an ouroboros of stupidity.

I remember at the time ranting on my podcast that of course you have to take race into account in order to draw racially fair maps.

But I guess we're gonna be stupid and say SFFA v. Harvard eliminated race consciousness across the board and so drawing a non-racist map is in and of itself racist.

There was an identical case out of Alabama in 2023. Alabama drew a second majority Black district. Alito was all chin strokey like, isn't it bad to take race into account here?

As in it's bad to be race-conscious in order to make sure Black people aren't underrepresented.
