He's busy, he does a lot of prep, he's completely fine on television and less so on social when he decides he has an opinion. But I've had family that travels for work often at least 40 weeks out of the year. The coach flights, delays, shitty hotel rooms etc are far far more difficult

In general I just prefer isolate because it's less heavy but getting it to not taste like utter shit is the real trick

Yeah typically I use Naked for regular whey (not the mass gainer thank fuck) and Biotest for isolate which weren't on there and now I am, uhh, both concerned and pissed
