This is for a Superstar/Mobile Barber and it's understandable, given the convenience/lack of barbers in the area.

I'm in LA, and it's $40 for a cut/beard trim (add in a $10 tip) and it's an even $50

I feel these prices are for making up for inconsistent customers or poor marketing/location.

Lets say on average they do ten cuts a day at $55 this is $143k a year before tips on a five day work week. (May need to check my maths im tired)

Wow...
I used to get my hair cut at the barbershop because it was less expensive and higher quality cuts for a Black woman.
These costs are wild.
I haven't been to a Black barbershop since 2022 when I started my locs. Locally, I could get a cut and tip 100 percent for that. As I did.
