This. Hitler didn’t jump in and just start killing ppl. They make it so a bad thing happens every day so you get numb. You wait for that really bad thing to happen and then you think you’ll defend your rights (which seems to be happening more). But it’s not one thing- it’s thousands. Don’t wait.

A friend recently told me that they didn’t think ICE would deploy tear gas in well to do neighborhoods with a high density of white people. I understood their thinking, but disagreed. Today, they gassed Lakeview. Nothing is off limits to these people.
