The Trump administration won't spend $7.1 billion to prevent millions of people from dying from AIDS but is happy to drop $40 billion to bail out a political ally and the right-wing investors who bet on his flawed economic policies.

I'd like to share a brilliant example of the asymmetrical warfare that has achieved astonishing results for Ukraine: about $12 billion destroyed Russian equipment.

Pavlo "Lasar" Yelizarov used to be a TV-show producer before the full-scale invasion. In February 2022, he started defending Ukraine.

“The Defense Department has confiscated the badges of the Pentagon reporters from virtually every major media organization in America,” the Pentagon Press Association said

Oct. 15, 2025
PENTAGON PRESS ASSOCIATION
STATEMENT
Today, the Defense Department confiscated the badges of the Pentagon reporters from virtually every major media organization in America. It did this because reporters would not sign onto a new media policy over its implicit threat of criminalizing national security reporting and exposing those who sign it to potential prosecution.
The Pentagon Press Association's members are still committed to reporting on the U.S. military. But make no mistake, today, Oct. 15, 2025 is a dark day for press freedom that raises concerns about a weakening U.S. commitment to transparency in governance, to public accountability at the Pentagon and to free speech for all.

So weird how one major US political party keeps getting caught electing nazis and hiring nazi staffers and hanging out in nazi group chats and displaying nazi symbols and using nazi talking points and stuff

Anyway, let’s put them in charge of the government for a while, I’m sure it’ll be fine

Holy shit. This is Angelo Elia, a legislative correspondent for Congressman Dave Taylor.

According to @rooster.info, during a Zoom meeting today, he had an American nazi flag displayed in the background.

This is a program to resettle neo-Nazis in the US.
“Trump Considers Overhaul of Refugee System That Would Favor White People
The proposals would transform a program aimed at helping the most vulnerable people in the world into one that gives preference to mostly white people who say they are being persecuted.” “The proposals also advise Mr. Trump to prioritize Europeans who have been “targeted for peaceful expression of views online such as opposition to mass migration or support for ‘populist’ political parties.”
That appeared to be a reference to the European far-right political party Alternative for Germany, whose leaders have trivialized the Holocaust, revived Nazi slogans and denigrated foreigners. Vice President JD Vance has criticized Germany for trying to suppress the views of the group, which is known as the AfD.”

🧵What’s the biggest lie the surveillance industry tells? That they only sell to legal clients. That there are red lines. But what do these companies say when they think nobody is watching? We went undercover to find out

He supported the U.S. war in Afghanistan. Now he may be deported to the Taliban.
He supported America’s war, escaped Afghanistan and started a family in the U.S. Then ICE arrested him. If he is deported, he expects the Taliban to kill him.

Speaking of NOCs can you reach out to Matthew Hedger via either Jim Lawler or Shawnee Delayne and get him on the team house. He has one of the fucking craziest stories I’ve ever heard.

Not to be a dick, but when was the last time a member of the press corps asked a pertinent question and got a substantive answer from a government official, and you were like damn I learned something today? I can't remember this happening.

Apologies… I’m immediately retracting that. I missed this. Assuming this is truly state of the art that isn’t viable based on this disclaimer.
Pulse-Fi also maintained sufficient accuracy despite the person’s posture (for example, sitting or walking) or distance from the recording device (up to 10 feet away).

Not here to defend the claim per-se as it’s way beyond my level of expertise but wifi could absolutely reach those distances and would appear to be consistent with this for example no? spectrum.ieee.org/wi-fi-signal...
