So yeah, the colonoscopy I had to get to confirm my Crohn's diagnosis hit out insurance deductible, and now we have to pay $1,500 that we do not even remotely have. Any help would be so appreciated.

I swear to God, transphobes cannot stop themselves from thinking and talking about children's genitals, just constantly, even when those children are dead. Do not let your kids (trans or otherwise) associate with these people. If you've got a relative like this do not let them babysit.

I keep wishing I could get a photo -- there's a car parked at a house along my commute to work that has a shark fin and tail attached to it, and a cartoony grinning shark face painted on the front, and it cracks me up. You're a car!! (It's not in a spot where I can easily stop for a picture, alas)
