I wonder if there would be any difference even if he did. As a defense HC, I have always assumed that he is on the headset discussing things the whole time anyway and giving feedback. That may not be right though.

Has this ever not been the case? Like, even when things are "good" and people have things like food and shelter, there is no low income earner that is like "yeah, this rocks, everything is going great!"

One of the myths that I feel like has been dispelled is that to use playaction you have to be able to run the ball. Sure, it would be cool but certain QB's always get teams to bite no matter what. From there it's just execution.

Despite having the 31st ranked run game by EPA per play, the Seahawks are still able to access play action and be explosive with it. Klint Kubiak has SEA in 12 personnel, JAX matches with base, linebackers don't get enough depth on this JSN over route

It could be a bit of coachspeak because you don't want your opponent to turn a slight around but ultimately, outside of his fluky few games for the Browns in 2023, he has not been good on either side of that stint. Even when Flacco was in his prime he wasn't nearly as good as Tomlin's saying.

If Flacco was so great, the Steelers could have signed him before they went after Rodgers, so on even a basic level it doesn't make a ton of sense.

I understand that in year 1 people were skeptical of the results. But he then replicated them in year 2.

With guys like Baker Mayfield, we always credit scheme and environment and supporting cast.

But he’s on his third OC in as many years and was playing with WR5 and WR6 Sunday and delivered a 92nd percentile performance based on EPA per play.

Maybe he just deserves the credit?

As anticipated, so far Travis Hunter is just an ok player. Putting him on both side of the ball is just not doing anything. He's barely getting offensive yards, even when he is getting touches and he's barely doing anything on defense. The ability to play both ways doesn't mean you should.

Basically, if you went back to 1985 or 1986 and looked up how China was discussed, that's essentially the amount of knowledge he seems to have towards that country. Most of it, as with nearly everything he states, was never accurate.

There were multiple factors that lead to this but Jared Leto being prominently featured has never once worked in a movie's favor. Even if you ignore everything else about Leto's personal life, he just isn't a successful leading man.
