Black, brown, and disabled people. I get very tired of the online rhetoric of “no one ever shows up for us” you have to show up to get shown up for. I’ve been doing activism in my community since I was 11, no one is asking you to sacrifice yourself, we’re asking you to organize and unite.

I really don’t care what the color of my skin is when kids are being kidnapped and killed, joining together with your community isn’t “volunteering to be sacrificed first” we are all together, we are protecting each other. I’ve NEVER been a part of a protest that didn’t go out of it way to protect
