Didn't consider that, but I'd assume if a pregnancy were to occur they'd have to be put on temporary leave and a replacement Ranger fill in.

I tried to address this in a fan-fic. Rangers are prohibited from drinking or using illicit drugs because they're essentially on-call 24/7, and their civilian identities are made public to prevent any issues that could arise with their work or social lives.
