Well, probably Twinkle Star Sprites since we in the States are getting the Neo Geo carts in a week or so. Probably River Raid from the next set... or Atic Atac or Revenge of the Mutant Camels. Probably won't know until I open the package!

It has occurred to me that nail up boards over the windows and doors is the worst way to handle a zombie attack. The zombies breaking in are applying force parallel to the nails and they'll just come right out! No wonder everyone gets eaten in those movies; basic carpentry skills are just failing.

It's pretty nuts that after five and a half years on the market and 600 games released the Evercade library is expanding by another 11% in the next month. Granted half of that is Llamasoft and most of the rest is Activision 2600. But still!

I went through that journey and saw it for free anyway. It was fine as a Tron movie and very much in keeping with the other ones. The real world stuff wasn't too overblown and it didn't linger longer than it took to get the point across. Plus, pretty good NiN music video.

It also worth mentioning that there were already many games that starred female characters that don't get the limelight due to overseas obscurity or even erasure via localization.

Didn't help gaming (Esp. in NA) was a male-dominated environment and seen as a boys' thing.

"The Metaverse" is just Tron. But Tron: Ares was clearly conceived and shot during a time where people still thought that Big Tech could possibly make the world better maybe.
