Democrats should just start rolling out ad after ad of Reagan voiceovers.
"We lead the world because, unique among nations, we draw our people -- our strength -- from every country and every corner of the world."

The president got his feelings hurt, so we're doing 10% more tariffs on Canada. Joke of an administration.

John Roberts and his miserable excuse for a high court of justice are presiding over a great disassembling of the United States and the rare American experiment in government by its people. It began with Citizens United and it continues relentlessly. This is a second civil war in slow motion.

Under 50 U.S.C. § 1701(a), it is an “unusual and extraordinary threat, which has its source in whole or substantial part outside the United States, to the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States” that Canada is being mean to me on TV.

The president announces an arbitrary price hike on Americans because his feelings are hurt by an ad accurately quoting Ronald Reagan’s criticism of tariffs

The Pentagon is pissed about "A House of Dynamite," and claims its missile interceptors have a 100 percent accuracy rate.
There's no such thing as a "100% accuracy." That's aimed squarely at Trump, so that he'll go ahead and dump money into "Golden Dome."

i really resent the continued assertion that there’s so much anger on both sides, as if the causes of the anger are equally legitimate. we’re angry because masked maniacs are violently snatching our family and neighbors off the street, and they’re angry because we’re calling them out for it.
Nope, ad will air tonight.

Sure, sure. But lineup-wise, my question is in what inning will they be broadcasting the video in which its correctly and accurately pointed out that Ronald Reagan was entirely opposed to protectionist tariffs?

Reagan's approach to the world prominently featured two things:

1) Russian aggression bad, Western democratic alliance good
2) Free trade good, tariffs and other barriers to trade bad

Pretending it's the opposite is the sort of reality inversion only someone who rejects truth itself could buy.

A lot of folks may think that just yelling at ICE agents is ineffective, but consider the cumulative psychological toll of being yelled at EVERY DAY when trying to do shit. Even the biggest asshole in the world who doesn't give a shit about other people will feel the pressure.

Yay, love to see RESISTANCE

Ah, locals mention the federal court order here, which also requires agents to wear some identification.

Also, quite an image in here: masked, fully-geared-out DHS agents getting screamed at in a residential neighborhood by some dude who is barefoot and in pajama pants.

If you are a service member or civil servant ordered to perform an operation in spite of concerns you raised about their legality, you have lawful options to blow the whistle. They do not involve leaking to the press.

Consult with qualified counsel. You can honor your Oath without breaking the law.
Boat strikes put US service members in legal jeopardy:

"Some junior officers have asked military lawyers, known as judge advocates general or JAGs, for written sign-off before taking part in strikes .... It does not appear that such memos were furnished, said one of the people."

"A girl made fun of me!" is part of every MAGA origin story.
It’s been over 2 weeks since AOC said Stephen Miller was weak and puny. Fox is still talking about it.

Of course, that’s not what he was saying. He was pointing out what was obviously true to anyone alive then - there was a big backlash against Muslim-Americans and anyone with an Arab-sounding name right after 9/11. But Vance has to be an asshole 24/7 for his MAGA troll fans.

I believe Mr. Miller is confusing federal law officers with the President, who singularly, and by fiat of the current U.S. Supreme Court, has immunity during his reign should he choose to do drag citizens off the street and detain them illegally or, say, shoot someone down on Fifth Avenue.
Stephen Miller declares that all ICE officers have "federal immunity, and anybody who lays a hand on you, or tries to stop you or obstruct you is committing a felony. No city/state official can prevent you from fulfilling your duties. If officials cross that line, they will face justice."
