Remember when Stephen Miller claimed the Chicago apartment raid was on a building “filled with Tren de Aragua terrorists”?

Well, DHS has now dropped the number of alleged TdA members arrested in the building from 2 to 1.

Just one "verified" Tren de Aragua member and one U.S. citizen with an active warrant were among the 37, DHS said, without saying how it had verified that gang affiliation. Others taken that day, the agency said, were "illegal aliens."

Statement on Young Republican Leaked Messages

Today, deeply disturbing messages exchanged among Young Republican leaders over the past seven months have come to light. These messages contain racist, anti-GBTO, antisemitic, violent, and dehumanizing rhetoric that is inexcusable. When you have young political leaders fantasizing about gas chambers and sexual violence, it reflects a serious moral failing. In the current political climate, we have a responsibility to hold up a mirror to our ideological opposites and call this what it is: hate, racism, and bigotry.

Let's be clear - we must stand firmly on the values and principles that separate us from right-wing extremists. Their vision for this country treats too many Americans as expendable. This issue goes beyond the deplorable remarks of individual Young Republican leaders; it reflects a broader moral decay and a dangerous ideology that seeks power by inflicting harm.

The Young Democrats of America strongly condemns these words and actions and calls for the immediate resignation of the Young Republican leaders involved. Their conduct is incompatible with public service, leadership, and basic human decency. This is not reflective of what we should all be working towards: respect, integrity, professionalism, and human decency.

At Young Democrats of America, we hold our leaders and members to a higher standard - one grounded in respect, integrity, professionalism, and justice. We believe in a nation that values every person, regardless of race, gender, income, or background. The time for accountability and moral clarity is now. We will continue to stand up, speak out, and lead by example- always.

What happened to Maria Greeley is the inevitable result of the admin’s enforcement policies.

ICE is stopping people based on their ethnicity + occupation, and then assuming their IDs must be fake.

They did the same thing to our client Leo Garcia Venegas in Alabama.
