Finally, use a password generator & manager. Bitwarden is excellent & it's free. It's doesn't have a lot of bells & whistles. A password manager doesn't need them & frankly shouldn't have them.

You might think it's inconvenient, but if someone breaks into your shit that's more of a hassle.

Even in civil matters such as divorces & lawsuits nothing drives a lawyer crazy more than a client who leaves a trail of written communication such as, texts & e mails that can be subpoenad. Civil matters can destroy you, but not imprison you.

Are you sharing information about others? You might want to tell everyone how ICE is affecting your undocumented cousin, but putting the fact your cousin is undocumented doesn't help & can even hurt them.
