“We are facing rhetoric from elected officials that is so dehumanizing and cruel, especially against immigrant populations,” Higgins told The Associated Press after her victory speech. “The residents of Miami were ready to be done with that.”💙👍🇺🇸🗽✌️

It is up to our local politicians to be held accountable if they do not protect every voter's right to vote and to demand recounts if the results look questionable.
It’s bad and no matter what, chump and the other criminals will cheat

Here you go. Were 30,000 fraudulent republican votes added to the total at the end of the Tennessee election, so that the Democrat didn’t win???
This is as important as gerrymandering if it’s being used by one party to defeat another party.

Higgins' success was a major moment for Democrats, who have defeated GOP rivals in several 2025 off-year elections. It could also spell trouble for Republicans and President Donald Trump, who endorsed Higgins’ opponent, Emilio González.

New in PN: Mike Johnson's downward spiral

"His speakership is a story of chaos and failure at a time when he and his party should be racking up wins. Apparently, the Lord played a trick on his humble servant: He may have given Johnson the job, but He didn’t say he’d be any good at it."

If @crockett.house.gov combines her fight fire with fire towards trump with a laser focus on affordability issues that Texans are concerned about, she can win.
"There are those that say, ‘Ain’t no way; we done tried it 50 kinds of ways," said Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who is hoping to become the first Texas Democrat to win statewide since 1994. "Let me be clear. Y’all ain’t never tried it the J.C. way."
Monday was a truly volatile day in Texas politics that saw last-minute announcements and dropouts like we've never seen. We round out just what happened in our newest Digest.

Jasmine Crockett has the fire, the passion, the words to lash out at trump. If she combines that fight fire with fire passion with a focus on affordability issues for Texans she can win. When she opens her campaign website, I will be switching my monthly donation to her in the House to the Senate.
The Podbros and the Wonkbros have been screaming about the Dems needing fighters but when it comes to Jasmine Crockett, SUDDENLY they have a problem…I think we all know what’s at play here.
