On the political side it’s just a constant war of those who doom about how bad things have gotten and those who say dooming is pointless(true) but also seem to be in denial about the reality of the current situation. There’s almost no influence or change actually being accomplished here.

Trump even said Mike has a 'secret plan' before he got elected on how they could win, which obviously meant if he didn't win at the ballot box. He won the election so they didn't need to use it then, but I think it's clear that's the plan now.

Because there is no dispute as to Ms. Grijalva's election or qualifications, the Court should:
A. Issue a declaratory judgment stating that Ms. Grijalva shall be deemed a Member of the House of Representatives once she has taken the oath prescribed by law, see 5 U.S.C. § 3331;
B.
Issue a declaratory judgment stating that if Speaker Johnson has not administered
the oath, the oath may be administered to Ms. Grijalva by any person authorized by law to administer oaths under the law of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the State of
Arizona; and
C. Award other relief as the Court deems just and proper.

Where do they even go from here though? Like not engaging is good but at the current point there’s no one that can make doing illegal shit as the president have consequences. It seems like we’re a lot further along the path to autocracy than most will admit especially if Johnson won’t seat Adelita.
