Yes. Its a sounding board most times. It can be used for professional coaching when interpersonal interactions at work may call attention to internal things you are already working on. I am also a proactive patient, sharing enthralling finds from the personal development books i read.

I had to apologize to my kid cause I really got nothing left in the tank today after work. He told me it’s ok cause tomorrow is hump day so everything will be easier after that and he’d make us some chicken nuggets for dinner😂

Remember when Stephen Miller claimed the Chicago apartment raid was on a building “filled with Tren de Aragua terrorists”?

Well, DHS has now dropped the number of alleged TdA members arrested in the building from 2 to 1.

Just one "verified" Tren de Aragua member and one U.S. citizen with an active warrant were among the 37, DHS said, without saying how it had verified that gang affiliation. Others taken that day, the agency said, were "illegal aliens."

Maybe it's picking up prescriptions for your disabled or trans neighbors. Maybe it's being a buddy so a marginalized person doesn't have to go somewhere alone. Maybe it's being an escort at an abortion or gender affirming care clinic. Maybe it's making food for neighbors who can't make their own.

Find people in your community who need help, and help them. We all have skills. Maybe it's giving rides to people who don't have cars. Maybe it's going to the grocery store so your immigrant or racialized neighbors don't have to when ICE is around.
