This a whole lot.
With few exceptions, the consultant-pundit-pollster nexus was eager to treat even the most modest subgroup vote swings toward trump 24 as structural realignments representing shifts in deeply held ideology (eg among Latinos, Gen z men). Crickets when those subgroups rapidly turned against Trump
Republican rhetoric all week was clearly aiming to either depress turnout or inspire visible maga pushback. Neither happened and the press doesn’t seem particularly interested in exploring the implications of that.

Take it from a former Vox employee- you can make this woman cry. Don’t resign, don’t declare the death of the fourth estate, just don’t be quiet

This move is also potentially Microsoft attempting to wash their hands of the future of OpenAI. Microsoft, as their largest investor with complete visibility into OpenAI's future, is cutting a massive amount of capacity buildout just as OpenAI launches GPT-4.5.

Sacked right after the game lol. Waited the whole international break and sack him right now
Putin cucks Trump at every turn.
Q: Thune said he'd like to proceed with the bill that would put sanctions on Russia?

TRUMP: Well we're gonna see. He doesn't know about the call yet. And it was subject to what I wanted to do.
Need to bring Levy home to spend it appropriately imo

You know you’ve reached peak middle age when it’s amazing to hear your kids say “I don’t want to go to Costco with you dad”.
She did what at 106?
From @theathletic.com: Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt, who gained fame in her 90s as one of college basketball’s most recognizable fans, has officially retired from her public duties at age 106.

OMFG
Can't believe I missed the premiere of this joyless Daily Wire-produced children's cartoon about a homeschooled family of conservative chinchillas featuring the voices of Rob Schneider, Brett Cooper & Matt Walsh that is a shameless Bluey ripoff, down to the color palate and home decor
Pritzker: knower of ball
Pritzker: "One of the reasons Trump wants to send troops into cities is bc he wants to be able to take control of the 2026 elections...if they've got troops in cities, & it becomes a kind of norm for people, then it won't be abnormal for them when they're going to vote having troops at ballot boxes"
This is well played here. 13/10.
Hey, it’s not cool to mock Kennedy’s disability which he totally got from a flu vaccination and not decades of drug abuse.
