Except the Commissioner didn't question the "validity" of the Supreme Court ruling, he questioned its fairness.

Shabana Mahmood accepted a "donation" from Manjit Jhooty of £2,500. Last year he was accused of putting patients lives at risk by Heidi Alexander in his pharmacy chain. Any prosecution would be down to the Home Secretary... who has just accepted a donation from him.
