food banks have already been under pressure over the past several years, and with SNAP benefits expiring they're going to be the only safety net for a lot of people

one of the reasons I don’t really like to get into even silly sounding conspiracy theories is that the answer to “fun conspiracy or antisemitism” is almost always “antisemitism”

Was just advertised Meta AI glasses for cycling and while, yes, having a HUD could be nice in certain situations, I also don't want to wear anything that might effectively blind me if it glitches out. Beyond the more obvious issues.

Once watched someone do that... with a bike on their shoulder. Was never brave/foolish enough to try, especially since I was usually wearing mountain bike shoes with dubious traction on hard surfaces.
