The owners have and will always push for a salary cap, no matter what happens on the field. There’s no amount of competitive balance, perceived or actual, that will deter that—because competitive balance isn’t the actual goal.

One reason I watch Love Is Blind is it puts things in perspective. Like, ordinarily I'd think Trent Dilfer's tenure at UAB is as big a failure as you'd ever see on TV, but then I saw Kacie breaking up with Patrick without actually doing the breaking up part and it doesn't seem so bad.
