1) Intentions are poor predictors of behavior
2) Effects on intentions need not generalize to effects on behavior

⚠️ 8 % évoquent des comportements sexuels inappropriés en contexte expérimental.
➡️ Beaucoup d’effets secondaires, peu de bénéfices durables.

➡️ Une méta-analyse de 9 études (N=1530) ne trouve aucune différence significative entre les deux.
Les antidépresseurs semblent meilleurs seulement au début du traitement, sur des critères très généraux.

2️⃣ Côté clinique : un rapport montre que le TDAH adulte reste massivement sous-diagnostiqué.
→ Risques x5 pour les troubles anxieux, x4,5 pour les dépressions majeures.
→ 50 % des personnes diagnostiquées l’ont été à l’âge adulte.
→ Les femmes sont beaucoup plus tardivement diagnostiquées.
