its genuinely how i view my actions and the world around me though. its stuck with me for at least 12 years now, if not more. i was very young when i first started listening to wtnv, and that's a quote that happens very early in the series. its true. it's good advice. it's kind and optimistic advice

when i was thirteen i heard cecil palmer say "death is only the end of the story if you think the story is about you" and it was the first time i felt something resonate in my bones like that. i think about it constantly. i know its ridiculous to say, but wtnv was one of my furst truly "jewish"

Just got home from seeing the current Welcome to Night Vale live show, Murder Night in Blood Forest. Weather by Mal Blum. I would like to choose to spend time seeing these folks do WtNV live shows as long as they want to, or as long as their cruel patrons force them to. Whichever is longer.

WtNV was one of the few times in my LIFE I've been fan enough of something to go to live shows! I went to like THREE! I still have a poster from the A Spy in the Desert tour on my wall 😭

Currently it is mostly ffxiv but I've also been dabbling in other things and this list doesn't include things I passively enjoy (soul eater, gachiakuta, elden ring, etc)

I’ve seen WTNV twice in Charleston, SC. “The Attic” and “A Spy In The Desert.” Some of the greatest theater I’ve ever experienced. I need more.

Sometimes I feel like a bad tumblrina because I wasn’t into homestuck or superwholock shdjdkd, either way, my pipeline was WTNV > Gravity Falls > Adventure Zone > Guild Wars 2 > Magnus Archives > FFXIV if it’s about fandoms I actively tried to seek connections through.
