Oh man das mit den 40 Bodenplatten war ein workout nach dem workout,weil ich ab einem bestimmten Punkt als es so hoch war auf den Stapel auf der Palette steigen musste und dann quasi die Platten aus dem Defizit nach oben ziehen musste,hab also noch 1h stepups+Defizit deadlift mit 20kg Matten gemacht

Got a few steps or a very sturdy stepstool that’s in the 10” high range? Stepups and stepdowns (to the front, to the side, etc.) can do a nice job of getting your heart rate up. A few sets of 8-10 in each direction.

Great workout today. Bar squats at 190/210/220, Stepups at 105lbs/20", Cable tow touch at 40lb, squat jumps at 50lbs, leg raises at 25lbs, 3 widths of glute raises, and some yoga ta the end.

if space and resources allow, maybe some stepups to help get up there more easily? Since he's gonna do it anyway.

Alternately you can block the sink counter when not in use, but he might just choose somewhere else to jump up to.

Stepups turn you into Chandu Rani, and not in a good way either as a man (Queen of the Moon, a fat podgy pudgy pudge wudger as it were, but y'all that like it, well....)

They Increase estrogen in males. Squats increase T. Choose wisely.
