Just learned something about RE9 that pretty much firmly planted it as GOTY. The only game that has a shot at dethroning it is Sengoku Biohazard: Way of the Sword.

Saw some old TW:Shogun 2 clips and couldn't help myself:

Out of all of Psikyo's STGs (and Battle K Road, Cannon Spike, and Lode Runner) I can say that i don't think there is a bad game in the bunch. I think Sengoku Cannon is a little weak but that was post acquisition Psikyo and on the PSP so there is some factors going against it, and it isn't bad.
