Appreciate you mentioning skirmish games specifically, the entire premise behind this question is me deciding on a system to use for a skirmish game I'm writing, haha. Thanks for the input! I'm finding I like the rpg7 system but just sometimes feel like rolling a d20 for just pass/fail is bland.
