Othering speaks more to the idea of the GM not being a player of a game as well. That they're separate from the players in more than role. "Fun dispenser" is one term

The right knows there there are lists of otherwise decent folk out there who live in homogeneous communities and see blue urban centers as crazy dangerous messes, and blame that on their embrace of “people who don’t fit in.” The “othering” alienates them from their fellow citizens and visitors.
