Much like outcome for #NHSFife UK Government handling of the toxic & very damaged #EHRC under its last Chair &, all signs suggest; to continue under a new batten holder, its withdrawn Interim Guidance & failure to be decisive & re-enforce #EA2010 as a prime legal mechanism protecting everyone.

BBC avoid these #Peggie clarifying paragraphs from judgment. Much mention of how well funded she seems to be! Many more Peggie "personal actions" against #NHSFife, her #Union & some witnesses who testified against her. (Motivation on latter; intimidating future winesses?).

In the ruling itself, the first reference is in paras 1000 (p233) onwards, particularly para 1028 on p 238.

Para 1034 is quite damning
Some paragraphs of the judgment in the Sandy Peggie case, noting some ways Sandy Peggie (the respondant), was very clealry harassing in an impermissable way, on the grounds of gender critical beliefs. 1034. We also considered that the claimant had acted deliberately to be able to challenge the second respondent whilst they were alone. What she did was to wait until other members of staff had left the changing room, and for the second respondent to leave the cubicle, before raising her own beliefs directly with the second respondent in the manner we have set out. 1035. Whilst the claimant had not been informed as promptly and in the detail we considered appropriate, and the first respondent did not consider whether to revoke permission at all, the claimant did not herself raise any formal grievance under the policy. She is an experienced member of staff who had access to union advice. She knew, or ought reasonably to have known, that the first respondent having granted permission to the second respondent she required to have raised her concerns with the first respondent as the decision-maker rather than with the colleague to whom it had been granted, and in any event ought not to have done so in the manner that she did.

She lost all bar one of her claims and that against NHSFife. She lost all her claims against Dr Upton. The judge had some very harsh words for Peggie, her lawyer and Forstater. Don't believe the spin the trans hating media put on this

Re the Peggie V NHSFife case: bear in mind political opponents(including journalists)of the Scots Gov were at pains to emphasise ‘tax payer funded’ defence by NHS Fife and multiple FOIs(cost borne by whom? - same ‘taxpayers’ ?) explicitly boasted about in the press-sickening how this was weaponised

Dr Upton acted in compliance with her requested permission and consent from #NHSFife their permission; quite literally replicating the permissions situation for institutions & companies pre #SupremeCourt ruling chaos across the entire UK.
