I have dropped Flowers at least for now, and I am waiting for my friend to catch up with muvluv. Gonna pick up one of these probably. they all have their pros and cons as next reads. Or I might just focus on my jp novels tbr actually....

I think a better design probably would have hinged the split further upward to thicken and ruggedize it somewhat.
I'd consider it a variable mount pylon, similar to those in Muvluv.

Aaaaaaaaand I just found out that Don's Curse currently has 15050 words. I've been trying to clear MuvLuv Extra these days, and I just found out that it has around 520k words. My game doesn't have that many yet, but I think It's a nice number anyway. 🦥

anyway muvluv has been ok so far but the shadow of its second part and sequel is very. Imposing. and while the characters are quirky and cute im just like this through all the cutesy school life fluff

I got my first ending in muvluv....unfortunately it was a joke ending rather than a route but I am not surprised since I didn't aim for any specific girls route. I like all of the girls so I'll probably do all of them unless I get bored halfway through.

In theory too, it means the arm can point entirely forward or back, and the shoulder pauldron won't tip up or down unless necessary
Its vertically stabilized
Muvluv has the pre-bicep joint, but I've only seen the shoulder mechanism on Turn A Gundam before

honestly I'm kind of mad with myself for trying to watch blue gender after playing muvluv and not the other way around
I had really hoped the takahashi writing would carry it, but the blue are such a nonsensical species and the general themes of how they work are just done so much better in muvluv

I think the key to enjoying muvluv extra is not to rush through it. I am playing very slowly and 1 day at a time and I'm having fun with it. I think it's pretty good as a slice of life comedy but if you just see it as a chore it'll be a chore.
