Day 2 of #jackfrostchallenge included 10 mins of snow shovelling (to make a path for my etrike), 6km of etrike riding & a 4km run. This is just what I needed to get myself outdoors moving today, on a cool & sunny day. My cat even came outside to make snowcat angels!

We’re participating in #GreenActionCentre’s #JackFrostChallenge =an event in Feb, encourages participants to participate in outdoor active transportation. Ended the #JackFrostChallenge with a 16 km ski at Birds Hill Park on a sunny warm afternoon which included a rest break in the sun with tea & cookies ( yes @greenactioncentre.bsky.social they were 2 cookies I swiped from your 40th anniversary event! Thank you! 😊
