Bench day went well, I think I nailed the barbell placement this time & got my working sets figured out, I’ll gradually increase the weight on those with 5 lb increments, or increased reps depending on type of bench. 14,835 lbs, 1 record. Fueled by Lacuna Coil & Lamb Of God #FitnessSky #GymSky 🤘
