Yeah, its never made explicit but so much cultural assumption around the term "elf" that it sneaks in. Oh, which reminds me, nowhere does it say they have goddamn pointed ears.

Can’t they develop a series about the fall of Anor (war of Angmar and witch king?! Wraiths? Royal house disputes? Glorfindel?? Cirdan? How the rangers form?) come on?!! Stop hashing on existing figures. Ppl might be shitting on the anime movie but at least they try for new stuff

Completed the yearly watch of the LOTR Extended Editions.
They should’ve mentioned that Aragorn was the king of the reunited kingdoms of Gondor and Arnor, giving fans even more to look up. Like, a little more of a clue.

I have a plan to paint the Glorfindel miniature for myself and don’t make any tutorials, because working on them makes everything super time consuming, and I started with painting his sword. I plan to make him a simple but nice, green base with lots of plants 🙂 #warhammercommunity #mesbg #lotrsbg

I think since Elrond is ruling over the remnants of Hollin plus other high elves he probably has some people in Rivendell who are the civil engineer equivalent of Glorfindel, and who can make buttresses which would only need tweaking every few hundred years. I think we're encouraged to believe that

Glorfindel in added as another named elf was required to greet the dwarves and he was already part of our LotR recording.
If these were performed live some of this doubling of characters would be impossible but on an audio recording it’s more than fine.
