Per 1 januari 2026 vormen mijn collega’s Jip Mars, Lilly van der Hoek en Bas Zwiers gezamenlijk de directie Emancipator. Ik blijf bij Emancipator werken als strategisch en inhoudelijk adviseur en zal me er waar nodig enthousiast voor inzetten dat de organisatie stevig op eigen benen komt te staan.
Lieve mensen, ik heb besloten een stap opzij te doen als directeur-bestuurder van @emancipatornl.bsky.social zodat ik zelf meer ruimte krijg om nieuwe dingen te ontwikkelen en zodat de organisatie en mijn collega’s de ruimte krijgen om zich op eigen wijze verder te ontwikkelen.
