i was playing duke nuke 'em 3d in high school, both the original side scroller, and then when it dropped the year after I graduated HS and was working for the school system I graduated from. me and 3 other HS kids played DN3D in the library lab for days and days on end...

I'd love to see #DN3D remade in a modern engine, same levels, tweaked characters / mobs, but not Duke. Duke would need to stay exactly the same, believing it to still be the mid-90s 🤔👍🏻

Man I kinda like how the camera camera is smooth but model is, like, captured in 1/8's? As if it's not a 3d model with camera moving smoothly around it, but as if it was a drawn model, like in old pseudo-3d classics. Like original Doom and DN3D. So cool.
