Update:
Just been and checked the bike. It's time spent in the car hasn't made it any worse and on checking there's enough stopping power in the back brake, and just enough in the front for it to be rideable.
I'm just going to have to be careful on the downhills 😬 #cycling #audax #cyclistproblems

There it is, the bain of any athlete’s existence, cramps! I got a cramp in my left calf and decided to cut my ride down from 35 miles to 23 miles. I was able to work the cramp out while still on my bike.

There it is, the bain of any athlete’s existence, cramps! I got a cramp in my left calf and decided to cut my ride down from 35 miles to 23 miles. I was able to work the cramp out while still on my bike.

I'm missing a pair of cycling shorts, they are my old pair of Le Col bib shorts. They're either stuffed in a bag here somewhere, but I very much doubt that as I empty everything after a trip. Or I've left them on the floor of a hotel room somewhere 🤔 #cyclistproblems

On a more controversial note, new bottles. My bottle cages destroyed my last pair from the Bike Shed. Don't worry the cages are being replaced as well for some that don't grip my bottles so tight I can't actually get them out with winter gloves on. The fit was a little snug 😏 #cyclistproblems
