If attending the Global Birdfair, then you might consider visiting the Kite Optics stand to try out the image stabilised (IS) binoculars and new revolutionary IS telescope. I use Kite optics and cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I used to enjoy Birdfair when I went to it, but I can't say I've ever regretted planning my year's annual leave budget around Migfest. I'm averaging one lifer per Migfest weekend so far.

I was invited to speak at the Colombia Birdfair in Cali, Colombia last week. The birding was amazing, I was able to see and take pics of amazing birds, this is just the tip of the iceberg!
Cali is hosting the COP16 so if you wanna come visit this would be a perfect time!

I think I bought one of these in about 2008 and it was in dark grey. I think they might only have produced it for the Birdfair, which is where I bought it. I may be mistaken though, it has been known!
