The main story quest in the Arathi Highlands is terrible. Marran and the Red Dawn are a good idea but very poorly written, in my opinion.
And once again: Scarlet Crusade, Defias, Syndicate… even though I like them, it’s time to move on and create something new.

I love Faerin and the Arathi, and I really liked the Council of Dornogal and the Nerubian rebels. 8/10

Overall, the lore was good. The team did a solid job, even though the Nerubians should have been Qiraji (we’re in the southwest of the map), and the timing of the Arathi arrival in Hallowfall is an issue.

The Arathi definitely had all my "hang on, what's going on?" alarm bells ringing!
And too many characters ingame are too ok with this apparently massive Empire that's somewhere out there... 😅

Out of order and too many stories to tell. TWW should have done more with Haranir and less with Arathi. I love them, but knowing we're just gonna have to sit on them for a few years is weird.

Specifically its the 11.0 zones that didn't fully land for me, with the exception of Azj'khet. Earthen were fun but 2 Earthen themed zones was a mistake. Hallowfall leves me feeling kinda hallow after Beledar turned out to be a big nothing, and thr Arathi being called Arathi rubs me the wrong way

only other tiny thing i really have is the fact i would've liked Hallowfall and the Arathi to grant us a little more to go on. i love a mystery but a constant problem with TWW is we're not left to sit with anything for very long to learn about stuff, even just hints.

The Arathi zone was beautiful. I love Faerin, she's my favourite char of the expan by far.

God I LOVED Siren Isle, a lot more than I ever expected to.
I want more little low level adventures like this between the big patches with meaningful story that connects to the theme of the expac while standing on it's own.

I found the Arathi to be fun, the zone to be really beautiful and everything feeling refreshing because it's pretty great how open it felt despite still being underground. Despite popular belief of "human paladin" fatigue, I think the Arathi had nice aesthetic and colors in their zone.

While Undermine was a lot better set-up, with a prologue patch *and* prologue campaign chapter in Ringing Deeps, K'aresh very much sneaks up on you.

I liked the base expansion! I thought they introduced some interesting cultures with the earthen, arathi and nerubians for sure! I'm quite indifferent to Metzen myself though aswell, it's not like the older expansions were masterclasses of writing either, so yeah I dont see the big deal w him.

Ogre Trivia #275: Skonk is an ogre found in the Arathi Highlands in Season of Discovery. He was mocked by his fellow Boulderfist for being smaller, and thus deeme weaker. He chose to try cooking rather than fighting, which lead to more mockery, so he ran away to be a chef!

Hearthpyr was that cool Arathi monk concept I made a while back, took the chance to *actually* level him with remix so that I can use these amazing mogs.
He'll probably be on standby until the inevitable Arathi expansion, which I cannot wait to see.
