I had many CAT scans at the ER. Then and XRays. At least I leave with a warm blanket

me to dr. it’s not technically my teeth its my trigeminal nerve (he’s the one who mentioned this to ME previously). Yeah, call your dentist for xrays. Dentist won’t do JUST xrays (went through this w daughter’s wisdoms too). Oncall doesn’t do orbital xrays. Want some xtra strength advil🙄😭 Kill me

My local hospital (10 mins away) does xrays and sends them to the larger, teaching hospital (1 hr away) for the radiologist to read.
Even though the two hospitals aren't affiliated, this still means results show up in both patient portals and doctors at both hospitals can see them.

How do I explain better to doctors that I'm almost never seeking symptom treatment and literally just want their help diagnosing the problem so I can fix the root cause if possible? None of them ever seem interested in that part.

I have to be up and out by 8.30 tomorrow morning for new knee xrays and have just set two alarms because Sod's Law dictates that I will wake up at #4am but end up dozing off again and sleeping in.

And, often times it has to do with opacity or transparency or production of neutrons, xrays, or other energy/particle desired to be managed.

Okay. No money to fuck around and spend in parque rivadavia sadly but after they give me my xrays i can relax for a bit with a bottle of eater before going home . Its so hot today so im being dramatic probbly.

They took every pic possible, I went in for a possible Broken Arm..they took Xrays of my hips??
The Saline drip. $780
The Morphine shot added to drip$ 350
MRI..$ 25,000.

10 years ago my ER visit was $27,000. Motorcycle wreck. No ambulance. XRays, catscan. Broken ribs. No treatment except pain relievers. A week later, my personal doctor discovered a cracked vertebrae. That's what a $27,000 ER visit got you 10 years ago.

I took zeena to the vet on wed and they said that she's pretty much all better and responded to medication really well! and wont be needing the xrays and full check up

just checked my bank and i barey have money for the reest of of the month and its onlyl the 13th and i need to get xrays and a cavity fixed this month
